Located in Holly Springs The Highlands at Holly Glen is a new section of an existing neighborhood that started development in the 90’s. Holly Springs always seemed far out from the hub of the Triangle but as time has passed roads and shopping centers have been built and now it it’s just a 25 minute drive to RDU airport, Raleigh, and Research Triangle Park. New homes are popping up and the prices are still low compared to the rest of the Triangle.
The new phase of Holly Glen, the Highlands will have 170 homes built by 9 of the best Triangle custom builders including Carolinian Homes, Gaylord Design Build,JM Davis Custom Homes Jerry Wagonor, Nauset Homes, Piccola Builders, Prewitt Custom Homes, Saybrook, and Spectrum Homes. I’ve work with some of these builders for over 15 years (one since the mid 80’s). The developer did a great job getting together such a professional team.
The neighborhood is very close to an interchange for the new outer beltline I-540. I’s so easy to get to the airport or RTP. The only downside is that it’s a toll road. Just down HWY 55 is New Hill Place, a new shopping center with a Target, Marshalls, Dicks, Michaels, and all of the other stores that go along with that kind of center. A movie theater is planned for the next phase.
Holly Grove Elementary(profile), Holly Grove Middle School(profile) and Holly Springs High (profile) are just a mile down the street.
The neighborhood has a pool clubhouse, walking trails , tennis courts, fishing lake, playground and playing fields. There will be over 700 homes in all phases when the neighborhood is complete.
Home prices in the Highlands at Holly Glen start in the $300,000. Visit the neighborhood website and be sure to let them know you have a buyers agent. I’ll be happy to help you!
