Wow! Driving through Cary, seeing another big development going in, do you wonder what the neighborhood will look like? What size the lots will be? Will there be amenities?

This isn’t an advertising map for a new subdivision. It shows the actual application from the developers along with all of the development construction details, including road elevations, site plan, landscaping plan, road widening plan, amenity plan, utility details and maybe more than you want to know.
