New and Resale Homes in Bella Casa
Bella Casa is a popular neighborhood, actually a collection of neighborhoods, in Apex, NC. I like it because it was developed over several years and has different builders and price ranges. There is still new construction going on the Manors and Sienna at Bella Casa. Parkside is pretty much done except for some townhomes. Home prices range from the 300’s for a townhome, 400’s to 900’s for single family homes.
Amenities
The neighborhoods has 3 pools and tennis. The HOA dues include neighborhood amenities. One of the great features is the Apex Nature Park and the Sports Park is adjacent to the neighborhood.
Schools
I’m excited that there are new schools close by the neighborhood. Apex Friendship High is just a few years old and a new middle school, Apex Friendship is recently finished. There 2 elementary schools close by, Olive Chapel and Scotts Mill. Be sure to check the Wake county address lookup for any homes you are interested in to see the current assignment.

I took this video a few of years ago. The pool is in now (the 3rd Bella Casa pool) and there are lots more homes. I think it looks better now that it’s more developed. It’s easier to see the lots are a bit bigger than many in Apex/Cary.
