Today is Woodcreek in Apex
There are so many new neighborhoods going up in the Triangle! I like to show you new communities because Google often doesn’t have the streets and street view indexed. It’s hard to tell from a drawing and floor plan in the MLS.
Pre Drywall walk through in Woodcreek

There is always something!
I have clients building a beautiful new home with M/I homes in Woodcreek. Woodcreek has an Apex address and is in the Holly Springs planning area. When my clients got to town for the pre drywall walk they met the neighbor living behind them and had the shock of finding out that the proposed landscaped area behind their house was not a shared buffer but entirely on the neighbor’s yard and the neighbor is going to put a fence enclosing all of the landscaping!
It was VERY upsetting to my clients but the problem was solved with a couple of calls to the on site agent who got the builder to give buyers a landscaped area behind their house (buffer can have lots of meanings so always ask what it means). Problem solved.
One thing that sets builders apart is the willingness to make the buyer happy and put them before the company’s interests . It’s worth every penny of good will.
We went on and had a good walk through with the builder agreeing to help out with a couple of other things important to the buyer. It’s going to be an amazing home!
The home turned out beautifully and my clients were very happy with the home and builder.
