*****My husband and I found Marianne through her wonderful youtube videos. We were relocating from Westchester N.Y. and these videos were perfect in exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we talked Marianne was warm. friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in her areas of real estate. We booked a weekend to come down and her and her husband Chip reserved the whole weekend for us. They both are a great pair, Marianne showed us around one day and Chip the other. We felt extremely comfortable with both. Finding our dream home in Chapel Hill was all due to Mariannes expertise in what we wanted, needed, and was going to be the right fit for our family. She steered us in all the right directions, and is my go to girl. Even settling after 2 weeks i find myself asking her about the best furniture places and restaurants.
